After each order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with the order tracking number and shipping confirmation.
The choice of carrier and prices may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability, basket size and country of delivery.

Shipping Costs
All orders on our website are free of shipping costs. CARVE WALLPAPER LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel shipping costs at short notice. This modification does not require notification to the website customer.
Under no circumstances can a third party claim a refund for shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. Shipping information is always displayed at the top of any page of the website and at the order confirmation stage.
Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for 14 days after the delivery of the goods. If more than 14 days have passed since the item was successfully delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and must be in its original packaging.

To return an item, you must provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Defective items received
If the items you received for your order are defective in whole or in part, you can return or refund them. Please send an email to the following email address: 1632224394@qq.com, including proof of payment (a screenshot of the confirmation email you received when placing the order) and photos of the item in question. Please specify in your email whether you would like to return the defective item or request a refund.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
If there are any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can better meet your expectations.
Replacement Parts and Coupons (if applicable)
Replace your product with a different size/color.
Only products of the same style, size and/or color can be replaced. Replacement of other products is strictly prohibited. We recommend that you return the original product for a refund and then place an order for the product you want.
Refund Details and Coupons
By default, the refund method is credit card.
If you want to get a refund through the payment method used at the time of purchase, please send an email to 1632224394@qq.com to notify us. There is no restocking fee for orders replaced or returned due to manufacturer defects. The restocking fee will be added to the original order and the balance will be refunded;
Only the final payment amount (after discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or coupons cannot be reissued or refunded.
