Cancellation of Order
Customers have up to 24 hours after payment to cancel their order and receive a full refund.
If there are any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can better meet your expectations.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Lost Refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account carefully first.
Then contact your credit card company, and the refund may take some time to be officially announced.

Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged item to arrive may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept cash on delivery for any reason.
Right of return
If you exercise your right of return, the carved wallpaper needs to be returned to the customer free of charge, except for the cost of restocking. Refunds must be paid within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return package. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.
However, the right of return does not apply to the following purchases:
For reasons of hygiene or health protection, no refund is available for goods that you have opened
Goods that are inseparable from other goods
Goods that have been opened and are not in their original state and are damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours
Goods that have been carefully crafted or personalized according to the consumer's requirements.
